Congratulations Queensland! We’ve doubled the household usage of solar energy in less than two years – more than three years ahead of schedule. Switching to solar power or solar hot water at home can reduce electricity bills and reduce carbon emissions, and Queenslanders are leading the way.

Climate Smart Home Service

For just $50, Queenslanders can knock down their home electricity bills with the government’s Climate Smart Home Service. A trained specialist will visit your home and provide advice on reducing your carbon footprint and saving energy. Plus, you will receive a swag of innovative products to get you started.
